Redmond Derby Days Criterium, July 10th 2011

Cat 1-2 Men recap: Aggressive racing with Olivier catching 2 primes and Brad getting 1 (for $10!). James and Greg rode hard and stayed active on the front while Aaron saved some juice for the finish and finished in 8th place. We walked away with about $140 overall. I heard we averaged ~28mph for the 75 min. Flat and fast!

Cat 1-2 Men: 8th - Aaron Shaw

Erica rode steadfast and hard - staying in the top 5 places for nearly the entire race. She finished 4th, right next to pro-level competitors! You can see from the photo above, Erica does NOT give up!

Cat 1-2-3 Women: 4th - Erica Lorenzen

The Cat 4 Men's field started with 81 racers. Dean fortunately escaped the massive pile up that took teammates Gabe and Andrew out of the race. In an all-out sprint for the line, Dean finished 2nd!

Cat 4 Men: 2nd - Dean Jasper

James finished 4th in the Masters 35+ 1-2 category, a warm-up for the Pro 1-2 Men's race. Masters AB: 4th - James Bender
